A security deposit of GBP 250 is required on arrival. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
Kindly note the guest is liable for any damages made to the property by themselves during their stay, including smoking and lost keys, and will be charged for damages / replacement if necessary.
Please note that this property cannot accommodate hen and stag, or similar parties.
Please note the lead guest must be 25 years and older. Please note that the check-in and key-collection take place at: 85-87 Bayham Street, NW1 0AG London. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. 「中國新歌聲」發生濺血事件，還引來統戰的質疑，台北市長柯文哲認為，「抵抗力強就不怕外面的細菌」。不過市議員昨質詢時，以「病毒」入侵來形容此事，對此，內政部長葉俊榮今(3)日表示，內政部對台北市諸多協助，柯文哲應該對內政部說謝謝，他也要北市府自我檢討。
葉俊榮表示，內政部對台北市許多重要活動，包括世大運、包括所有活動，都做盡幫忙、協助，「事實上柯市長應該對內政部說謝謝。」
對於柯文哲稱「病毒是內政部放進來的」，葉俊榮說，雖然內政部和各部會都協助台北市政府辦這些活動，但真正在辦活動的時候，還是要認真規畫把裡面的細節都要做好。
葉俊榮指出，台北市在這次的活動裡面，如果能夠更周延、更完整，把內政部、文化部、陸委會、教育部各方嚴審的這些意見做好，完整處理的話，應該會更順利一點。
林宥嘉、閻奕格19日晚間出席廣州「騰訊&MTV亞洲金曲大賞」，林宥嘉對於這次的造型相當喜愛，因為西裝背後有甩動的線條設計，讓他時不時就想要來個「華麗的轉圈」，索性虧自己是「精神病院風」！
林宥嘉婚後馬不停蹄，剛結束馬來西亞宣傳行程，這次也為下個月即將登台的《The Geat Yoga》巡迴演唱會廣州場暖身，演唱〈傻子〉、〈說謊〉、〈成全〉組曲。
此次，林宥嘉拿下港台最受歡迎男歌手獎，他表示相當感謝歌迷，因此在唱〈說謊〉一曲時，特別想要跟台下的朋友一起合唱，關於後續的規畫，林宥嘉也表示將會繼續進行演唱會巡迴，陸續發表新創作給大家。
而閻奕格當天拿下港台最佳新人獎項，演唱她出道後第一首正式單曲〈也可以〉，近期她剛結束為期3個多月共11場的《風雲5D音樂劇》之外，這次她更在台上搶先宣布新錄製單曲。閻奕格從《超級星光大道》畢業至今，經過7年的沉澱，她的首張個人專輯即將在今年推出。
